PROGRAM OUTLINE:

Transformational Leadership Program

A MASTERCLASS OF BEST PRACTICES FOR HIGH-PERFORMING LEADERS

BSI Learning’s new 12 month Transformational Leadership Program is about taking the next step to guide your organisation and teams through major change, develop strategies, implement business plans, manage finances, navigate complex problems and develop a culture of innovation and learning. It is delivered by industry experts through a blended learning approach and includes learning with likeminded peers in an environment targeted at fine tuning the key skills and capabilities of executive leadership and management professionals.

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply specialised knowledge and skills, together with experience in leadership and management, across a range of enterprise and industry contexts.

Individuals at this level use initiative and judgement to plan and implement a range of leadership and management functions, with accountability for personal and team outcomes within broad parameters.

They use cognitive and communication skills to identify, analyse and synthesise information from a variety of sources and transfer their knowledge to others, and creative or conceptual skills to express ideas and perspectives or respond to complex problems.

This advanced diploma is aimed at people working in senior and or executive leadership and management roles who have a sound theoretical knowledge of management practices, who have responsibilities for managing and leading other leaders, leading direction and strategy and who want to be more effective and engaging leaders of their organisations.

The Program is delivered over 12 months using our blended model of delivery using a combination of face-to-face / workshops (including specialised Masterclass Sessions), on-line learning, and self-paced project based learning activities.

There are 12 face-face sessions, delivered one day each month covering twelve (12) units of competency.

Each session is followed by self-directed learning including readings, negotiated workplace activities and work related projects, simulations and/or  scenarios to embed your learning.

Participants in the BSB60420 Advanced Diploma of Leadership and Management have up to 18 months to complete the program.
