This qualification is suited to those working as administrators and project officers. In this role, individuals use well-developed skills and a broad knowledge base to apply solutions to a defined range of unpredictable problems and analyse information from a variety of sources. They may provide leadership and guidance to others with some limited responsibility for the output of others.
10 units of competency are required to complete the qualification consisting of 1 core and 9 elective units.

Successful completion of all units of competency will result in the award of a nationally recognised BSB40215 Certificate IV in Business from the Business Services Training Package. Participants who do not successfully complete the full program will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for any of the unit/s of competency they have been deemed competent in.
