PROGRAM OUTLINE:
This qualification reflects the role of individuals in a variety of junior administrative positions who perform a range of mainly routine tasks using limited practical skills and fundamental operational knowledge in a defined context. Individuals in these roles generally work under direct supervision.
12 units of competency are required consisting of 1 core and 11 electives.

*Successful completion of all units of competency will result in the award of a nationally recognised BSB20115 Certificate III in Business from the Business Services Training Package. Participants who do not successfully complete the full program will be issued with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment for any of the unit/s of competency they have been deemed competent in.
